The research study aims to expand the literature regarding the interaction between supervisor bottom-line mentality (BLM) and goal-focused leader behaviour (i.e., an important aspect of supervisory performance) with the help of Conservation of Resource Theory. Exclusively, we propose Perceived Organizational Support as a moderating variable on the relation of BLM of supervisors and Goal-Focused Leader Behaviour. Employees (supervisors) of the banking sector in Punjab, Pakistan, collected data to examine the relationship between these variables. We used SPSS version 27 and Smart-PLS (v 4.0.9.0) to analyse the data and find the variables' impact using SEM analysis. The proposed theoretical model is tested through Smart-PLS (v 4.0.9.0). The study analysed 356 valid research questionnaires with a response rate of 92% through PLS-SEM to assess the relationship between the proposed theoretical model. In this research study, all hypotheses are supported and have theoretical and practical implications for service industries.
