Abstract

The aim of the research study is to investigate the impact of Emotional Exhaustion on Goal Focused Leader behaviour. Hypothesizing Supervisors Bottom Line Mentality is also playing a vital role to justify the relationship of the variables with the moderating effect of obsessive passion and Perceived Organizational support. For justification of the relationship of the variables Conservation of Resource Theory is applied in this research study. Data is collected by the front-line managers of banking sector of Punjab Pakistan. Non-probability sampling technique is used for data collection. Data is analysed by using SPSS and SMART PLS (SEM), this study addressed the relationship between the proposed theoretical model and 383 valid research questionnaires. The study addressed that all the hypotheses have signification relationship of mediation and moderation. Study has theoretical and practical implication.
